When you see the red "ON HOLD"
label next to an item, it means that a customer has emailed me to place a hold on the item
until they can send payment. Items are held for ten days. The item will remain on hold
until the customer has paid for, received and decided to keep the item.If they return the
item the "on hold" label will be removed and the item will be available for sale
once again. If you're interested in an item marked on hold,
please email anyway and you will be next in line if the item becomes available. |

is available: You will receive a confirmation from me
with the following information
1.total price with shipping
2.our mailing address for payment by checks or money orders
or 3. use PayPal for quickest
shipping!
Items will be held for ten days from the day I send your
confirmation email.

The Fine Print:
We have a wide selection of merchandise in our
shop, so if you're looking for something specific that you dont see on our website,
be sure to email and we'll see what we can find for you. Click here

The item will be HELD for 10 days. If the amount due is not
received during that time, the item will be made available to others. RALPH IS PRETTY FIRM
ON THE 10 DAY HOLD PERIOD SO PLEASE DON'T LEAVE HER HANGING!
I ship by USPS Priority mail in the US. Outside US, email for your
total --I'll use airmail or surface shipping by USPS to destinations outside the US. If
you wish to use another shipping method please let me know and I will recalculate your
total. I'll ship items as soon as payment is received(see help for
more details about shipping dates)--no waiting for checks to clear!
RETURNS: A full refund will be made, less
shipping charges, on all items found unsuitable. BARGAIN BASEMENT ITEMS and CLEARANCE
ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Returns must be posted within 3 days of delivery date. All
returns MUST be mailed back via priority or first class service and insured for full cost.
Please email your intentions within two days of receipt of purchase
and email before mailing returns. Items must be
returned in the SAME CONDITION as when received.The above conditions MUST be met or
returns will not be honored. If you have any questions, just email.
Pounce Treats © will not be accepted as payment, contrary
to what Ralph may have led you to believe!
CONDITION: Items are described via the following rating scale:
NEAR MINT - No problems, as close to "new" as possible for
age.
EXCELLENT - Shows normal wear expected for age, but nothing easily
visible.
VERY GOOD - Shows normal wear expected for age with some minor problems
visible, but problems will not detract.
GOOD - Has some definite visual problems. Structure is intact. Problems
could be fixed.
FAIR - These items will be available at discounted rates, but for the
creative, they are still interesting pieces. I will describe everything in detail as to
condition, but these ratings should be helpful.
