This is where you turn for all the answers! I'm Daphne Harris and you've met our fab feline Ralph=^..^= 1. I can't stress enough the importance of emailing me with your questions! So please email and I will answer you within 24 hours, often much quicker. I prefer to answer questions and give additional info via email since I have much more time to devote to answering your questions accurately and completely. 2. Please don't hesitate to ask for more measurements if you need them, to help us cut down on returns and to help you get exactly what you want! I'll be happy to take more photographs of any item you wish to see more of. 3.I realize that one person's "excellent" condition may be another person's "decent" condition so I try to note EVERY flaw in the merchandise. If none are noted in the description this means I don't see anything wrong. 4.For the most part all our clothing is clean and ready to wear. The only exceptions would be furs and pre-1920's silk items which are usually not able to withstand cleaning. 5. Due to the fact that everything on the web site is one of a kind, I decided not to use an on-line ordering system. I often have two requests for the same item within a day or two, and if they were both submitted electronically it might prove difficult to decide who was first! Therefore I do ask that you email me FIRST and I will get back to you with a confirmation in less than 24 hours, often much quicker. Please don't hesitate to email if you like the looks of an item on hold as people do change their minds and if you are next in line you could be lucky! :) 6. I ship 5 days a week, by USPS Priority Mail so your order will go out on the next business day after your payment is received. If you need a rush order, I can usually help you out, but not always:) International orders are fine, just let me know if you want air mail or surface shipping and I'll be happy to allow extra time for your payment to arrive. I'll ship items as soon as I receive your payment--no waiting for checks to clear! 7. Sizing--I give measurements rather than sizes since this seems to be the best way of determining whether or not an item will fit you. Vintage clothing rarely fits into one modern size, but if you like I can estimate a modern size for you. Remember, YOU should measure at least one inch smaller than the garment for a comfortable fit.
