True color is white with some light grey tips to simulate blue fox. Unless you have a lot of hair or wear a large hat size you should be able to pull this down on your head, or you can wear it up top in the 60s style.

1950s Lovely Autumn Haze Mink Hat 

Measures 9” in diameter from front to back and 7.5” from side to side; is 4.5” tall at peak of crown and inner diameter is about 21”. Label reads “Carl Ganz—custom furrier—Dayton OH”. Beautiful genuine autumn haze mink with dark brown rayon satin silk lining. Hat fits high on head; it’s not meant to pull down over your ears. So it can be worn by any size. WWI Beaded Slippers Made in the Philippines

Marked size 39 which would usually be a US size 9 BUT these shoes are much smaller! Measure a pair of flats or flip flops that you own to be sure these will fit . Visually they compare to a size 6 ½. Asian Floral Print Large Cotton Hobo Bag

Measures 14” tall by 14” wide by 6” deep, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 14” I measured the length of the purse from the base to the closure. Fabric is linen and cotton; the black section are linen and the print is a cotton with metallic highlights. No label, no lining. Excellent condition with no damage; look unused. True colors are black, deep pink, salmon, white and silver. Has a loop and one button closure and gold cording detail trim on handles with wooden bead accents. Soft-sided; will fold down very small but expand to hold a lot so it’s great for travelling!

1940s Vintage Tooled Leather Bag

Measures 7” tall by 10” wide by 2.5”. This originally had a shoulder strap but it pulled out of the loop and so I’ve discarded it. You can carry it as a clutch as I’ve tried to demonstrate in the photos. This purse reverses, although both sides are pretty much the same! One side does have more wear though . Fabric is leather with gold-tone metal hardware. No label. Good condition with medium wear and tear on one side and less on the other. Has toggle clasp and several compartments as well as a clever wallet compartment under the flap ( see close-ups).

1920s Carnival Glass Beaded Bag

Measures 5.5” tall by 8” wide, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 6.5”. Fabric is cotton with glass beads; has crepe lining. No label. Very good condition with no missing beads, has a bit of discoloration on drawstring but you can cover that with marker if desired. Lining is intact as well. True colors are a very dark blue or black fabric beaded with iridescent carnival glass colored beads; they reflect several shades of blue, purple and green. No closure; you keep it closed by puling the drawstring.

1940s Vintage Large Natural Python Handbag

Measures 7.5” tall by 11.5” wide by 3” deep, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 16” when in longest position and 7” when in shorter adjustment. Fabric is genuine python skin exterior with red and white leather lining. No label. Good condition with tears or splits; has some yellowing along edge where flap folds over and an area of discoloration on front—see close-up, but color variation in skins helps to hide this. True colors are natural brown and cream tones.  Has large fold-over flap with toggle closure and feet on base.

1920s Blue Beaded Bag with Steel Beads and Tassel Flapper!

Measures 8” tall by 4” wide, excluding handle and tassel. Tassel adds 2” to length and drop on handle is 8” with drawstring pulled fully closed. Fabric is cotton knit with shiny steel beads woven in. No label; fully lined in blue-grey crepe. Excellent condition with no damage. True colors are a very pretty grey-ish-blue/aqua with the shiny silver steel beads making a lovely color combination.

1940s Vintage Large RED Alligator Handbag 

Measures 10.5” tall by 8.5” wide by 3.5” deep, excluding handle. Drop on handle is pretty much irrelevant since it is very dry and can’t be reused I don’t think. But I will send it along in case you know a miracle repairman : ) One loop is still intact and the other can probably be repaired/replaced so you can have a strap put back on. Fabric is genuine alligator with suede lining. Label reads “made in Cuba ”. Despite the dryness of the strap; the body of the purse is in very good condition with no splits or cracks. True color is cherry red. Has large double front flap with toggle closure. Has whip-stitched edges.

Body of purse is in very good condition with one split on ‘gator’s leg  but strap has broken as you can see in photos. You can carry it as a clutch or get someone to sew loops back on and then add the strap of your choice! True color is medium brown. Has flap front with snap under his nose.  The lining is suede; edges are whip-stitched. There’s some minor soiling on lining; nothing serious.

3-Tone Suede and Patent Kelly Frame Bag

Measures 8” tall by 10” wide by 3” deep, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 6”. Fabric is faux patent leather and suede; according to the label, but it will fool you as it did me. Label reads “a risqué bag”. Very good condition; look unused, only flaw is the small area of black dots in the lower corner of the front side. Something must have laid against the purse for a time to make this mark; I did get some of it off with Goo Gone but I don’t know that you can get the rest off or not. Due to the shiny patent leather, it doesn’t show from every angle.   Area measures about 1” by ½”.  True colors are dark brown with three lighter shades of brown in the trim. Has 4 metal feet on base.

1930s Wire Rim Gold Filled Glasses

Frame front measures 4 1/3” from side to side; each temple bar is 4” long from hinge to point at which it starts to curve around the ear. Measuring all the way around the curve to the end, length is 6”. Each lens is 1.75” wide by 1.5” from top to bottom. Frames are gold filled and are marked “1/10 12K gold filled”. Lenses are glass and can be replaced with your prescription of course. Condition is excellent with no damage. Bottoms of lenses are wireless; frame only goes over top of each lens.

Opera Length Kid Gloves Never Worn

These are marked a size 6. From the tip of the center finger to the cuff, length is 18.5”, so they should be over the elbow on most people : ). Width of palm is 2.75” will stretch to at least 3”. Size 6 is small. Excellent, unworn condition; they are still attached with a thread at the cuffs ( see close-up) as they were sold in the store. Genuine kid, very soft, unlined. Three faux pearl buttons close them at the wrists.

Large Victorian Celluloid Hair Comb Red Rhinestones!

Measures 6.5 inches long by 3.75 inches wide. Good condition with one small section where the black paint is worn off and there is some crackling inside the celluloid; doesn’t extend to the outside. See close-up. Section is about ½ inch long. No maker’s mark.

1960s Leather and Tapestry Wallet

Measures 7” long by 3.5” wide when closed, and 7” wide when open. Has a snap closure, inner zippered compartment, 3 slit compartments and a kiss-lock closure on the biggest compartment. Marked “Daniel” and “top grain cowhide”. Beige with multi-colored tapestry. Very good condition with just a tiny 1/8” crack on seam on either side.
